并行露天矿追踪式开采端帮留沟搭桥内排方案研究

Research of Inner Dumping by Building End Slope Bridge in the Tracing Parallel Open Pit Mine

摘要: 针对并行开采露天矿留沟内排“得利在后”、“失利在前”的特点,提出了搭桥方式连同端帮与内排土场开拓运输通道,以降低部分剥离物内排运距。根据端帮排土桥几何形状,设计桥的主要参数,提出桥移设步距准则,建立移设步距经济效益方程。并结合哈尔乌素和黑岱沟露天矿实例,计算得出留沟端帮内排土桥最优移设步距为260.7m。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of "benefit in post" and "defeat in front" of the parallel mining pit ditch-dumping, bridging is put forward to connect the transport channels between the end slope and inner dumping to reduce the stripping in row distance. The main parameters of the bridge are designed with the help of the geometric shape of the end wall, the moving distance of the bridge is proposed. Setting up the economic benefit equation of moving distance. Combination of Haerwusu and Heidaigou opencast mine as an example, calculated the end slope internal dumping ditch bridge optimal advancing distance is 260.7m.
